Product Availability
If a product is visible on our website, it’s available to purchase unless otherwise stated. In the event that a product you’ve purchased is not available, we’ll invite you to choose a replacement product of equivalent value from remaining stock, before shipping your order.
Product Portrayal
We go to great lengths to ensure that every product is portrayed accurately, paying particular attention to appearance and features.
Although all products have been photographed in a consistent manner, variations in how they may appear on any device will occur because of individual device settings. We therefore, cannot guarantee absolute true-colour representation on your device, nor shall we be held responsible for any colour discrepancies by interpretation or assumption.
Every product description includes detailed information. Please refer to the ‘additional information’ section for each product.

Clothing Condition Guidelines
- New Old Stock (NOS) – Aged. Unused. Perfect condition.
- New With Tags (NWT) – New unused with manufacturer’s or retailer’s tags attached.
- New Without Tags (NWOT) – New unused with manufacturer’s or retailer’s tags absent.
- Excellent Used Condition (EUC) – New condition with no holes, tears, stains, fading, pilling or pulled threads (picks).
- Good Used Condition (GUC) – No holes, tears or stains, but may have wash-fade, minor pilling or picks.
Imperfect Used Condition (IUC) – Laundered with plenty of life remaining, but may be repaired, still have stains, wash-fade, pilling, or picks.
Footwear Condition Guidelines
- New Old Stock (NOS) – Aged. Unused. Perfect condition.
- New With Tags (NWT) – New unused with manufacturer’s or retailer’s tags attached.
- New Without Tags (NWOT) – New unused with manufacturer’s or retailer’s tags absent.
- Excellent Used Condition (EUC) – No signs of damage or discolouration to the upper, with minimal or no sole wear.
- Good Used Condition (GUC) – The upper may be bruised, scored, scuffed or discoloured, with plenty of sole life remaining.
Book Condition Guidelines
- New Old Stock (NOS) – Aged. Unused. Perfect condition.
- Excellent Used Condition (EUC) – New condition with little use. May have an inscription inside the front cover or flyleaf, or may have minor spine creasing.
- Good Used Condition (GUC) – Greater use. May have repairs, dog ears, margin notes, cover wear or a creased spine. May be inscribed or ex-library stock.
- Imperfect Used Condition (IUC) – Tatty appearance but still readable. Greatly used. Worn and discoloured. May have repairs, loose bindings or a warped spine.
