When baby Fred Doppler bungee-jumped into the world with green hair and one finger missing, his parents’ worst fears were confirmed – Fred was not going to be a normal boy!
As he grew, so did his secrets and freaky habits. He would snack on sugar-coated cockroaches and conduct fearless experiments with cement mixers, dead sheep and maggots.
At age 11, when Fred’s parents mysteriously disappeared, he faced an uncertain future. Not even Fred could have imagined that a knock on the door in the middle of the night and a woman with a bucket on her head would lead to a ballistic battle with the bouncing ball of death – and an astonishing revelation!
Fred’s outlook on life is a bizarre mix of the gross and peculiar: a combination that made him fearless in a world ruled by school bullies.
